GEORGIA, Newton County.
  W. D. MOSS, Administrator of C. C. MOSS, deceased, applies to me for leave
to resign his Office as such Administrator, and he having shown to me, that
JAMES D. ROSEBERRY, of said county, is willing to accept the trust. It is
ordered that the said JAMES D. ROSEBERRY and the next of kin and creditors of
the said C. C. MOSS, appear and show cause, of any they have, on the 1st
Monday in March, 1883, in the Court of Ordinary of said county, why the Order
should not be granted as prayed for.
