January Term, 1918. In Newton Superior Court; Petition for divorce. Oscar Hollis vs. Laura E. (Lindsey) Hollis. To the defendant, Laura E. (Lindsey) Hollis: The plaintiff, Oscar Hollis, having filed his petition for divorce against Laura W. (Lindsey) Hollis, returnable to this term of the court, and it being made to appear that said defendant is not a resident of said county, and also that she does not reside within the State of Georgia, and an order having been made for service on her. Laura E. Hollis, to be and appear at the next term of Newton Superior Court to be held on the third Monday in March, 1918, then and there to answer this complaint. Witness the Honorable Charles W.
