H. Arnold and son Johnnie of Rocky Plains spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Finley. ~Miss Doris Finley has returned home after visiting her aunt, Mrs. Emmett Yancey of Macon. ~Mr. and Mrs. Clomer Moss spent the week-end with their parents Mr. and Mrs. Jim Green, in Henry County. ~Mrs. John Dempsey has returned to her home in Covington after spending the week with her sister, Mrs. J. F. Bailey. ~Rev. Upchurch of Atlanta, spent Sunday night with MR. and Mrs. J. A. Sowell. ~Miss Ida Mae Chapman, Mr. and Mrs. John Hinton attended Camp Meeting at Smyrna. ~The friends of Mrs. Annie Maud Christian are sorry that she is seriously ill and hope she will soon recover. ~Mrs. Lonnie Ward returned to her home in Thomson, Thursday, after spending a week with her sisters, Mrs. Mattie Connord and Mrs. Newkirk. ~Mrs. Paul Bailey spent last Thursday with her sister Mrs. David Martin. ~Mr. and Mrs. Jack Crowell and children spent Sunday with his brother, Mr. Green Crowell at Salem. ~Miss Marjorie Holifield is spending this week with her sister, Mrs. Ethel Collins, of Hampton. ~Miss Pauline Cowan is sick. We hope she will soon be out again. ~Rev. and Mrs. B. F. Smith and little son, Benjamin called at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lamb, Monday evening. ~Mrs. J. C. Loveless has returned home after spending several days at Dr. Loveless country home. ~Mrs. Amos Holifield and daughter and Misses Annie Lois and Lucille Robinson, visited in Hampton, Sunday. ~Miss Idell Tanksley is visiting friends and relatives in Macon this week. ~Mr. and Mrs. Joe Burch visited Mr. and Mrs. O.
