He has charge of the public school at the male academy and will make a most popular teacher. He is efficient in every particular and is a first class disciplinarian. He comes well recommended as the following testimonials abundantly prove: Office of J. O. A. Radford, County School commissioner of Walton Co., Jersey, Ga., Feb. 15, 1889 I take pleasure in testifying to the good moral and intellectual character of Prof. W. F. Smith, and also to his ability as a teacher. And while we regret to lose him from our own county, I heartily recommend him to any community that may be so fortunate as to secure his services in this his chosen profession. J. O. A.
