The Enterprise November 29, 1907
Will be sold to the highest bidder, before the court house door, in the city of 
Covington, on the first Tuesday in December next, the following real estate;

~One lot in the rear of LULA BASS RESTAURANT, having thereon a stone blacksmith 
shop, containing 33 1/3 x 110 ft. more or less.

~One house and lot known as the CARRIE ADAMS lot, containing 75 x 117 ft. more 
or less.

~One house and lot East of Pace Street and near Covington Cotton Mill, known as 
the AUSTIN BANKS lot, bounded as follows; Beginning at the Southwest corner and 
running North 869 ft., thence South 76¼ , East 202 ft., thence South 6 ¼, West  
322 ft. thence West 202 ft. to the beginning corner.

~One house and lot in Southeast part City, on new street, where JOHN BYRD now 
lives.

~One house and lot on corner West of WEAVERS Stable.

~One house and lot near WEAVERS Stable, where STONEY CLARK now lives.

~One house and lot near Ice Plant known as the JAMES WHITEHEAD lot.
