Will be rented on easy terms. Call on J. T. CORLEY, Sr., Covington, Ga. 2m. ~Mr. C. H. WHITE caught an eight pound carp fish with hook and line last Thursday. It required about six minutes for Charles to land the fish as he had a limber pole, a small line Yellow river water six feet deep. ~A marble slab has been placed on the east wall, at the second front bench, in the Methodist Church, with the following inscription: “To the memory of R. B. LIVINGSTON who for 28 years, from the dedication of this church to the time of his death, was rarely out of this seat at any service.” A deserved tribute is this, to a true and noble Christian gentleman.
