Captain J. M. LEVY, postmaster of Covington, has been removed and Mr. P. H. FERGUSON appointed to fill the vacancy. “PAT” will do all in his power to please the people, and will retain Captain LEVY as “first assistant” in the office here. It gives us no pain to see the “victors” receiving their rewards, and it makes us feel good all over when we remember that “today is not always, and tomorrow is not forever.” In the sweet bye and bye there will be some more walking.
