The Georgia Enterprise, May 31, 1888
     It gives us pain to announce the death of Mrs. Dillard J. Adams, which sad 
event transpired at the home of her husband in Newton Co., Sunday last. She was 
a noble lady honored and beloved by all who knew her. She was a charitable, 
Christian lady who always made those around her happy. Peace be to her precious 
memory and sweet rest to her immortal soul.
