Death of Mrs. Sallie Anderson
     Mrs. Sallie Anderson, one of the best known and most highly respected 
ladies of this county, died at her home about two miles north of this city on 
Sunday afternoon about two o’clock. She was 57 years of age and had been a life 
member of the Methodist Church, and a Christian lady.
     She had been in ill health for many months and confined to her bed more 
than two months prior to her death.
     Mrs. Anderson is survived by three children, one son, Mr. Jake Anderson, 
and two daughters, Misses Brownie and Dora Sue Anderson, all of this county.
     The funeral took place on Monday afternoon at the residence, after which 
the remains were interred in West View.

Prof. Joseph Harris, of Rome, was here this week. He was called to the bedside 
of his sister, Mrs. Sallie Anderson, who died Sunday.
