O. Anderson, one of the county's most highly respected citizens and a very prominent young school teacher, died at his home near Starrsville Thursday of last week. He was 35 years of age, and for a number of years was one of the leading teachers in the county schools. He had been in feeble health for more than a year and had given up teaching at the time of his death. About six weeks ago he was taken worse and continued to grow weaker until he died. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary Anderson, and two brothers, Messrs. B. J., and Joe K. Anderson, all of this county. The funeral services were conducted from the home and his remains interred in the Belcher cemetery at Starrsville on Friday.
