H. Stone. She had been in feeble health for the past several years and until right recently did she take her bed. Mrs. Bonnell during her life was a staunch Methodist and very prominent in Missionary and charitable works. She was the wife of Dr. John M. Bonnell, who for many years was the president of Wesleyan Female College of Macon. Mrs. Bonnell is survived by two sons and one daughter. Prof. W. B. Bonnell, of Macon and Dr. Jno. F. Bonnell, of Emory College and Mrs. H. H. Stone, of Oxford. The body was taken to Macon for burial, where it was interred at Rose Hill cemetery by the side of her distinquished husband. The funeral was largely attended, many of the old friends of the deceased being present. The floral offerings were numberous and beautiful.
