R. Bower, died at their residence on Washington street early Monday morning after an illness of more than a year with pellegra. Mr. Bower was about thirty years of age, and up to the time of his illness was one of the most industrious young men of the county. He was quiet and unassuming and had a large circle of friends both in the city and county. The funeral was conducted Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock, after which the interment took place at Westview cemetery.
