Bradshaw, aged about 78 years, departed this life at the home of her daughters, Mrs. D. A. Thompson and Mrs. J. J. Corley, in Covington Ga., on Feb. 22, at 6:10 a. m. Her youngest son, Mr. J. N. Bradshaw, of Orlando, Fla., had been at her bedside since Friday. Besides these she has two other daughters, Mrs. Kelly, of Ky., and Mrs. Hefley, of Texas, also one other son, Mr. James Bradshaw, of Fla. Her oldest son, Mr. Edward Bradshaw, died some years ago. She was the widow of the late Rev. Dr. J. N. Bradshaw, and one of the most cultured and lovable ladies we ever knew. She was a true and loyal member of the Presbyterian church and devoted her life to making those around her happy. She was the pet and pride of her children and highly esteemed and dearly beloved by all who knew her. Rev. T. B. Trenholm, Rev. Dr. H. Quigg and Rev. T. J. Swanson conducted the funeral services at the Thompson residence, after which her body was laid to rest in the family section in the new cemetery. May she sleep sweetly and may flowers of beauty ever bloom upon her grave. This old world has been made better by this gentle Christian lady having lived in it. She leaves many friends and dear ones to mourn her departure and to cherish her sweet and precious memory. This file has been created by a form at http://www.poppet.org/gafiles/ File size: 1.8 Kb
