M. Brown, Esq. Having professed religion in early youth and united with the M. E. Church, she adorned her profession by a consistent and orderly walk, until in the promise of young womanhood, she was called to her eternal home, at the age of 21 years. For the surviving family we tender our sincere sympathy, in this, their heavy affliction, but remind them that the darkness of the tomb is illuminated by the brightness of the Sun of Righteousness, so that the bow of promise overeaching the dark valley, reveals the open heaven, which has received the loved ones not lost, but gone before.
