Aged Man Dies
  Mr. John Capes, aged 82, died at his home in Cedar Shoals District, after
a useful and Industrious life. He was a splendid friend and neighbor and
interested in his prime in all good works.
  His death came on January 15 and interment was effected at High Point. The
widow, Mrs. John Capes, survives, as do also two sisters, Mrs. Alice Plunkett
and Mrs. John Kelly of Covington and E. A. of Jackson, Ga.
  J. C. Harwell and Son of Covington were in charge
