N. Chandler Dies at Her Home in Oxford Mrs. V. N. Chandler, aged 75 years, a prominent and beloved woman of Oxford, died Wednesday night at 12 o'clock after an illness of several weeks. She is survived by nine children, four sons, B. S., H. B. and C. Q. of Augusta, and Sam S., of Macon, all prominent business men; five daughters, Mrs. R. F.Harwell, of Oxford; Mrs. J. A. Dillard, of Atlanta; Mrs. Fred Reynolds, of Jackson, Miss.; Mrs. A. Keith, Chokoloskee, Fla.; and Mrs. A. M. Aiken, of Newborn, Ga. Twenty-nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren survive.
