Mrs. Jack Cook Dies
     Mrs. Jack Cook who was stricken with paralysis Monday, died at her home 
here Friday morning, September 3rd.
     The funeral services were conducted at Prospect church Saturday morning by 
Rev. Arthur Colle, after which the body was laid to rest in the church cemetery.
     Surviving Mrs. Cook are her husband, Mr. Jack Cook, six children, Mrs. 
Floyd Layson, Albert, Grover and Aubie Cook of Eudora; Mrs. Robert Ozburn and 
Mr. John Paul Cook of Monticello.
