Georgia Enterprise, April 18, 1895

Mr. William Cowan
 Mr. William Cowan entered into his rest April 6, 1895, after a lingering
illness at the home of his son in law, Mr. W. P. Hooper, in Kings, Ga., at 
the age of 76 years. The funeral services were performed Sunday morning,
the 7th at Bethany church, by Rev. T. B. Trenholm, pastor. He leaves two 
daughters and one son to mourn his death. Having made preparation to meet
his Savior he is at rest from pain.
