Cunningham, wife of the late George M. Cunningham, died Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, after an illness of several months. Mrs. Cunningham sustained a fall in February which broke her shoulder and ever since has been critically ill. She was 75 years of age and a consistent member of the Methodist church at Salem. She is survived by seven children, Mrs. M. R. Christian, of Conyers; Mrs. W. T. Watson, of Salem; Mrs. Mattie McWhorter, of Buckhead; Mrs. Lee S. Wright, of Covington; Mrs. Edwards of Senoia; Mrs. J. T. McCollum, of Fayetteville, and Mrs. C. D. Ramsey, of Salem. Mrs. Cunningham died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. D. Ramsey, with whom she had been living. The funeral services were held at the residence Friday, conducted by Rev. J. T. Eakes and the body interred at Covington.
