Aged about 69 years. She was a true and loyal member of the Presbyterian church and a most excellent Christian lady. She was kind and generous to the poor and needy, was highly esteemed and dearly beloved by all who knew her. She had been in feeble health a long time, but bore her afflictions without murmur or complaint. She was a sister of Mrs. W. W. Clark, of this city, and has many relatives and dear friends who will mourn in sorrow her departure. Her body was laid to rest in the family section in the city cemetery Thursday. Rev. T. B. Trenholm conducted the funeral services.
