The Enterprise, Oct. 27, 1905

Howard Elliott Dead
  Howard, the six year old son of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Elliott, 
of Alcovy, was buried here Thursday morning.
  He died Wednesday morning about 4 o'clock of membrane croup and was
sick about twenty-four hours.
  The funeral services were conducted by Rev. R. C. Cleckler at 
the grave.
  Howard was a bright, happy little fellow who made friends easy.
  Sympathy is extended the bereaved parents.
