The Georgia Enterprise, February 23, 1900
     Little Cecil Epps, the eight months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Lum Epps, Jr., 
was buried here last Friday. He had been sick for several weeks with pneumonia. 
He was a bright and happy little fellow, and was the joy of the home. We extend 
our heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved parents.
