Death of Mr. Evans
     Mr. H. H. Evans, prominent and respected resident of Starrsville, died 
Wednesday, December 29, at his home, after an illness of six weeks. He lived 
nearly all his life in this neighborhood as a farmer and had hosts of friends.
     He leaves besides his widow, two sons, Edward Everett Evans of Starrsville 
and Luther Davis Evans of Augusta.
     The funeral services were held Thursday at two o’clock at the Methodist 
Church.
