She was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. GRIER, and the joy and pride of their home. She had been sick with fever for some time and bore her afflictions without any complaint. She was a Christian young lady, kind, generous and benevolent. She possessed grace and beauty and was one of the most industrious young ladies in our city. Her remains were buried in the new cemetery Monday. The sympathy of all our people are with the parents and loved ones in their time of sad bereavement over the death of her they loved so well and tenderly. Rev. T. J. SWANSON conducted the funeral services at the house, assisted by Rev. R. W. BIGHAM at the grave.
