L. GRIER, died on Sunday morning of consumption and catarrh of the head and stomach, after an illness of about two weeks. Miss GRIER was about 24 years of age, and was a most estimable young lady. She was a graduate of our female college and in addition to her literary attainments, was possessed of many charming graces that greatly endeared her to all who enjoyed her acquaintance. Her remains were tenderly laid to rest in our new cemetery on yesterday.
