The Solid South, January 23, 1886
     Miss Emma Henderson, step daughter of Mr. Ruben Hull in Newton County, 
died last Sunday night after a protracted sickness. Her funeral was preached at 
the grave by Rev. H. F. Buchanan, of this place, after which she was buried at 
old Zion, near Peachstone Shoals.
