MRS. HORTON DEAD
  Mrs. Alice Horton, wife of Mr. H. I. Horton, died at her home in Covington
on Sunday night, aged about 44 years.
  Mrs. Horton had been afflicted for some time with a bowel trouble, and her
death was not wholly unexpected.
  Her funeral took place from the Methodist church at 3 o'clock on yesterday
afternoon, the services being conducted by Rev. J. A. Timmerman.
