DEATH’S SAD ROLL
     Judge G. W. Higgins died at his home in Fayetteville, Tenn., one day last 
week. He was the father of Dr. W. J. Higgins, of Covington, Ga., and was one of 
the leading lawyers of his State. He was a social and companionable gentleman 
and has friends all over the South who will mourn in sorrow of his death.
