NEWS FROM ALCOVEY
     Mr. Alonzo Jones, one of our best citizens, died last Wednesday evening at 
two o’clock with pneumonia. He had been in failing health for several months, 
and gradually grew worse as the end approached. He leaves a wife and six 
children and many relatives and friends to mourn his sad death.
