LOUISE LINDSAY Friday morning last, at about 6 o’clock, Mrs. LOUISE LINDSAY departed this life at the home of her son-in-law, Mr. W. E. SMITH, in Covington. Aged 64 years. She was the widow of the late JOHN LINDSAY, Esq., and a most excellent lady. She was kind, generous and benevolent, and did all in her power while on earth to make home pleasant and those around her happy. The funeral service came off at the residence of Mr. Smith, Saturday morning, at 11 o’clock, and was conducted by Rev. W. H. LaPrade. Her remains were buried in the cemetery near Aycock Shop, 4 miles from town, where her husband and other loved ones sleep the sleep that knows no awakening until the great resurrection morn. Our sympathies are with the relatives and friends during the time of grief and sorrow over the death of this gentle Christian lady.
