JOHN LEWIS KILLED
     John Lewis, son of Ben Lewis of Newton County, near Covington, was killed 
almost instantly yesterday morning by the overturn of his truck on the 
Mansfield Highway near Dixie. John was an employee of the State Highway 
Commission. The truck turned over and the young man was caught between the 
truck and a fence post.
