DEATH’S SAD ROLL

     Mrs. Mabry, one of the oldest and best ladies in Newton County, died at 
her home near Rocky Plains Saturday last. She was the mother of Mrs. S. N. 
Stallings, of Covington, beside having other children and many friends and 
relatives here and elsewhere. She was a noble lady, kind, benevolent and 
charitable. She will be missed and mourned by all that knew her.
