Death of Walter H. Mitchell

We see from our exchanges that Walter H. Mitchell, formerly an old citizen of
Milledgeville, died at Oxford, Ga., on the 13th inst.  He had been ill for some
weeks.  He was a man of a social and genial disposition, abounding in good
honor, and the best of company.  He was for a number of years State Treasurer. 
He died in full membership of the Methodist Church.
