The Enterprise, May 10, 1907
  Mr. Shade McMichael a very useful man at this community, died last Monday
morning April 29. Mr. McMichael had many friends in this community. The deepest
sympathy of the entire people of this section is extended to his bereaved wife.
  His remains were laid to rest in their family square in Monticello cemetery.
