Death’s Sad Roll
     Mrs. Carrie Maddox, a very popular lady of Wyatt district, departed this 
life on Friday night, March 5th. Aged about 25 years. She had been sick with 
consumption for some time, but bore her afflictions without complaint. She was 
a gentle Christian lady, whom to know was to admire and love. She leaves
many relatives and friends to mourn her untimely death.
