Lamar Sockwell Dead
  Lamar Sockwell aged 27 died at Porterdale at the residence of Mrs. Vaughn,
his grandmother. He was a worker in the Porterdale Mills, and an honest
and industrious young man. The interment was made at Liberty Methodist
Church and he is survived by his father and grandmother and one brother.
