W. R. MOSS YIELDS IN FIGHT WITH DEATH Excellent, Aged and Prominent Porterdale Citizen Died Monday Evening at the Age of 69. Mr. W. R. Moss died at his home in Porterdale Monday evening at 6 o'clock after a short illness. Mr. Moss was 69 years of age and was a good man and a splendid citizen. His kindly and friendly nature made for him many friends who join with the bereaved ones in mourning his death. The funeral and interment, with R. E. Everitt in charge, were on Tuesday afternoon at Hopewell. Mr. Moss leaves his wife and three daughters; Mrs. Frank Smith, of Moultrie; and Miss Gene Moss and Miss Minnie Moss, of Porterdale.
