He was 75 years old the day he died, Dec. 4. He departed this life in Atlanta, but his remains were brought to Oxford for burial- the funeral services being conducted by Rev. L. Thomas. Sixty years of his life, was spent in Covington. He leaves three daughters and many devoted friends to mourn his loss. He now sleeps with all other faithful men."
