Georgia Enterprise, September 26, 1895
  Mr. Robert T. Pennington, died at his home in Cedar Shoals district, on
Wednesday night, Sept. 18th.  Aged about 38 years. His remains were carried to 
Newton Factory and laid to rest in the church cemetery there on Friday.
He was a most excellent gentlemen who will be missed and mourned by all who 
knew him. He was Ch??ter of the Newton County Sunday School Association and
one of the best and sweetest singers in the state. He leaves a wife and four
small children, who are sick with fever and in needy circumstances. Those 
who are willing to give them anything can send or leave the same at the 
store of Ingram & Mayo, Covington, Ga.

Ch??ter looks like Chapter, but I can't be 100% sure.
