Aged about 84 years. She was a loyal member of the Primitive Baptist church, who loved the Lord and endeavored to keep His commandments. Mrs. Purrington leaves two grand children who have been living in the house with her, and has many relatives and dear friends here and elsewhere who will always love and revere her memory. Her body was laid to rest in the family section in the city cemetery Monday at 3 p. m. Rev. T. J. Swanson conducted the funeral services. Her grand-children, Miss Louise and Master Joe, who had been tenderly cared for by the deceased, will soon make their home with their aunt in Washington City.
