Georgia Enterprise, Sept. 24, 1896
  Mrs. Jacob Parker, an aged and excellent lady, of Oxford, is dead. She was 
past 85 years old, and for a long time before her death, Hon. R. U. Hardeman 
and his good wife and charitable people in Oxford supplied Mrs. Parker with 
everything in the way of food, clothing, medicine, etc.
