     It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Mrs. John E. Rosser, 
which sad event transpired at her husband's residence in Augusta on Monday 
evening last. Mrs. Rosser was a daughter of Judge C. D. Pace, of this city, and 
a lady highly esteemed for her amiable and generous disposition. She was a 
consistent member of the church and greatly beloved by all who knew her. She 
leaves a husband, children, relatives and friends to mourn her death.
