  Mr. Robert A. White was drowned in the Tennessee River on Sunday last. Mr. 
White, was born and raised in Covington, and was at one time a most popular
young man. He was a man of decided ______, possessing a good education and many
noble traits of character. Now that he is gone let us throw the mantle of 
charity and forgiveness around his shortcomings and trust that he will not be
more harshly judged by his Maker that he has been by his fellow men here on 
earth.
