The Covington Star, April 8, 1885
     Old Aunt Becky Wright, a colored woman, aged over 80 years, died at the 
home of her son, R. F. Wright, in Midway, one day last week. She was a kind and 
clever old woman, and was much esteemed by all who knew her. She was buried in 
the colored cemetery, and her coffin was covered with flowers presented by kind 
white ladies.
