WHITEHEAD, of Covington, was united in marriage to Miss Ida ANDERSON, of Lithonia, on Thursday last. The groom is a most excellent gentleman, is energetic and progressive, being very popular in business and social circles. He is with the large mercantile house of Mr. T. C. SWANN. The bride is said to be a young lady of grace, beauty and culture and one of Dekalb County’s fairest and most charming daughters. The happy couple spent a few days with relatives of the groom at Walnut Grove, returning to Covington Sunday, where they will make their home, boarding with Mrs. Jane WELLS, on Floyd Street. We wish for our young friends a long life of peace and plenty, joy, health and happiness.
