Adams-Harwell
  Mr. and Mrs. D. J. Adams, of Dixie, announce the engagement of their
daughter, Fannie Lee, to Mr. Thomas Jewell Harwell, the wedding to be
solemnized at the home of the bride's parents, Wednesday, October 19th.
  Miss Adams is the second daughter of Mr. D. J. Adams, one of Newton's 
most prominent citizens, and is a young woman of beauty and culture.
Mr. Harwell is one of Covington's prominent young business men and is
connected with the firm of Swann-Davis & Co.
