Athan-Jarmon
  On Wednesday evening, at the home of the bride, the marriage of Miss Nona
Athan and Mr. E. L. Jarman was solemnized, Rev. J. E. Pound officiating. Miss
Nona is the daughter of Mr. C. E. Athan, of Athon, Ga., a large and prosperous
planter of South Georgia. She is one of the most talented young ladies of the 
State, and is quite popular in the social world. Mr. Jarman is one of the most
progressive business men of Covington, having been engaged in the real estate
and broker business for a number of years.
  Covington and Newton County extends to this couple their very best wishes
and sincerest congratulations.
