Georgia Enterprise, June 30, 1898
  On the afternoon of June 22nd, Mr. Charles Franklin was married to Miss 
Florrie Powell. Both of Covington. Rev. Dr. Morgan Callaway, of Oxford, 
officiated. The happy couple left at once for a visit to relatives in Jasper
county, where they spent several days very delightfully. The groom is one of
our best men, while the bride is a young lady of grace, beauty and culture.
