The Enterprise, Jan. 30, 1885
  Mr. William C. Clark was united in marriage to Miss Sallie Echols on the 
evening of the 21st. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Mr. Stone, of Oxford,
at the residence of the bride's mother, in Midway. To the happy couple we extend
congratulations and wish for them a long and useful life of joyful bliss, 
filled with every blessing that a kind providence can bestow. The groom is one 
of our most solid and progressive business young men, while the bride is one of
our fairest and most talented young ladies.
