Pitts - Corry
     Announcement is made public of the approaching marriage of Dr. John A. 
Corry and Miss Ailene Pitts which will be solemnized Monday, August 14th, at 
the beautiful home of the brides parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Pitts at Newborn, 
Ga.
     It will be a quiet home affair and witnessed only by relatives and 
intimate friends of the contracting parties.
     Miss Pitts is a beautiful, cultured and charming young lady, and her 
friends are numbered by the score. She graduated with high honors at Wesleyan,  
two years ago, and since her debut into society has been a marked figure.
     Dr. Corry is a young man of splendid attainments, and a graduate of the 
Augusta Medical College. Since coming into this county he has made many warm 
friends and has built up a large practice.
     After the ceremony, Dr. and Mrs. Corry will spend a few weeks in the 
mountains of North Georgia.
